So for background I have a Asus Viva Book Pro 16 and I run Windows 11. My screen is broken so I use an external monitor. But the other day I was using my laptop to finish some homework I have using PowerPoint. The assignment had us using combinations of keys to navigate and alter the PowerPoint. All of a sudden my screen went entirely black with nothing but a cursor, the cursor will move around the screen freely but there's nothing else simply a black screen. I have tried resetting my graphics card, my screen went dark for a second and when it kicked back on it was still black, with only a cursor. I have tried a hard reset, rebooting in safe mode, rebooting in recovery mode and rebooting in the Bios system. There's no change I still only have a black screen with a cursor. During the reboots there are no logo screens that pop up, there are no login screens it simply goes from being off to being on with a black screen and a cursor and I don't know what else to do.
