How to duplicate and extend displays in Windows 11?

I have an unusual setup at home. My home office is on our 2nd floor. I have two desktop computers that I use regularly. The computers generate too much heat for me to be comfortable — especially in the summer; so I banished them to the basement, strung some Ethernet cables from the basement to the office and I run the computers using HDMI+USB extenders via the Ethernet cables. Works reasonably well. Each of the computers shares video and USB via a splitter in the basement, where I have an extra monitor and KBM so I can do troubleshooting. I'm thinking I'd like to add a secondary monitor to the primary desktop.

See topology pic. (Monitor 2 and 3 aren't actually side by side, just drawn that way to save screen space.)

Desktops A and B both duplicate the video output to Monitor 1, as well as their primary displays (Monitor 3 and Monitor 2, respectively). I'd like to retain that functionality, and add extending Destkop A onto (new) Monitor 4 via a new (green) Ethernet cable and HDMI extender. Can this "duplicate and extend" be done in Windows 11?
